HI THERE!

Trial consulting is an exciting and rapidly developing field. As a research consultant, I collaborate with trial consultants and attorneys across the country when they seek additional support.

Services

  • Whether in-person or online, I’ll assist your team, moderate panels, and interview mock juries.

  • Are you preparing for a project and watching deadlines pile up? I’ll review the factors that make your case unique and design customized materials to measure participant attitudes.

  • I draft comprehensive reports by synthesizing findings from all stages of your research project.

  • I have deep experience in statistical modeling and will analyze and interpret your research data.

  • I’ve researched thousands of jurors across the largest and smallest venues in the country. We both know court schedules are unpredictable. I can research a venire in advance or provide assistance during voir dire.

  • Only a small fraction of cases go to trial. Make the most of this opportunity by using post-trial interviews to discover what persuaded your jury.

About

After completing a master’s degree in psychology, I spent five years as a researcher at a litigation consulting firm.

Through this experience, I understand the challenges and nuances that come with executing jury research and the importance of consistently providing excellent client service.

While I enjoy working in a broad range of practice areas, my primary focuses are commercial litigation, professional liability, intellectual property, and personal injury.

I am the current chair of the American Society of Trial Consultants Pro Bono Committee and I am always interested in learning about new opportunities to collaborate on pro bono matters and initiatives.

I am based in Denver, Colorado and have conducted research in over 25 states.
